Yes, your number is yours. It is a simple port request and transfer. It typically takes 7-10 business days to process.
We start off with a "Get to know your business" consultation. Then a site survey followed by sending a quote. If accepted, we create the port request, start engineering your customized RingCoastal platform and schedule an installation/onboarding date that works for you.
No, at RingCoastal we do not believe in service-based contracts. If you need new or upgraded phones, there is a lease/finance Agreement.
Glad you asked! When it comes to T.F.S.'s, there are many local, state and federal charges, but RingCoastal only exercises the required one's. The made-up, not required or "Profit margin" fillers are tossed to the curb.
No, you can use as many or as few as you like! Not every business is cookie-cutter, that is why RingCoastal has a flat rate pricing that is fair and abundant in features.
